A few steps to get started.
Install the application on the computer you use at your parcel point.
Download and install
Download the Windows installer, open the file and follow the installation steps.
Sign in
Use the employee email address and password assigned to your parcel point. Your MetaBox administrator provides access.
Set up your devices
Select your devices in Settings, then run the barcode scanner test. The Handbook in the header guides you through daily tasks.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to register?
No. The MetaBox administrator manages employee accounts and parcel point assignments. Contact your representative if you need access.
Which barcode scanner can I use?
The application supports keyboard-mode scanners and properly configured serial scanners. Always run the test in Settings after installation.
Can I use it on a Mac or phone?
This installer is for Windows x64 computers. It cannot be installed on a Mac or phone.
How do I update?
Download the installer for a newer version from this page. Finish any ongoing parcel operation and close the application before installation.
